I’ll state for the unscientific record that nasal rinsing with a neti pot has gotten rid of no less than four sinus infections, avoiding an expensive visit to the doctor and a round of antibiotics each time. Not that I’m telling you to avoid your doctor….but this simple remedy is a great one that you can pretty much use as much as you want when seeking relief. Great for those with allergies!

Do you use any of the big 7 yourself when you feel a cold coming on?
