Starbucks Does It Again
We all know the name and we have all had their coffee, but do we know what to do with those leakage free infamous cups the coffee comes in?
Starbucks is being, yet another, pioneer to recycle their own products. Usually the cups go to the trash. I has been often hard to recycle the cups because of the thin polyethylene plastic coating. In early September, Starbucks decided to do something about that.
In conjunction with Coalition for Resource Recovery, Starbucks will be accepting their used cups and combine them with old corrugated cardboard.
