Okay, let’s talk about a menu item that seems to be showing up in more and more places. When I was 4 years old, my dad suggested that I try escargot. That was all the encouragement I needed a trusting child. All my dad wanted was a funny story to tell his friends but I loved it…and I still do. Duck was another one of his adventures but the joke was more on him. My family loves duck! If my sister sees it on the menu, that is all she will order. Duck is so very yummy and if you haven’t tried it, you should.

What is the most exotic dish you have eaten?
