I want to eat all the time and everything. We eat food to help nourish our minds and body right. However, we can hurt ourselves if we eat too much. With all the junk food in stores and fast food restaurants on every corner it&#8217;s hard to keep on track with your weight. Now there is one more thing you have to worry about that might keep you from losing those pounds- television ads.  Studies have shown that TV food ads directly correlate with an increase in calorie consumption.</p>
<p>While you write a list off what you need to do to help lose those pound, you may have to swear off TV for awhile.</p>
