Have you stuck to your diet already? If you are a little off and on so far, I found a few foods that can kick start your diet or keep you on the right track. I don’t know if I agree with the term “skinny foods,” but there are some foods out there than can keep you fit and shedding pounds.
My favorite one is the Fiery Chicken Salad, I like anything g hot and spicy. Little did I know that adding a dash of hot sauce or hot spices slows down your eating, so now that I know the benefits of drowning my food in hot sauce I will continue to do it.
